Dennis Francis Somerville, age 64, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on March 13, 2017. Dennis' love for his family was the essence of who he was, and he was generous in every facet of his life. Beyond experiencing great success in the car industry, Dennis took immense pleasure in mentoring. Devoted father of Kelley, Dennis (Megan), and Dan, beloved grandfather of Bennett and Nora. Loving brother of Eileen Snider (Jack), Sharon Bischof Somerville, Andrew (Gloria), Daniel (Shari), Peggy Walsh, Mary Mastnardo Somerville, Evelyn DiBello (Larry Avila), Mark (Sandy), Catherine Foster (David). Cherished uncle and great-uncle to many. Preceded in death by parents Andrew and Evelyn, nephew Kevin Walsh, niece Chandra DiBello, brother-in-law Kevin Walsh.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 at the A. Ripepi and Sons Funeral Home, 18149 Bagley Road, Middleburg Hts. Funeral service on St. Patrick's Day, Friday, March 17, 2017, St. Ambrose Church, 929 Pearl Rd., Brunswick at 11am. Internment Holy Cross Cemetery.
