i am a Ricupero from Pittsburgh Pa. I too had lost a loved one, my sister-in- law. I had read about Josephs' passing as it was on the same page as Loretta Ricupero ( sister in law ) - Although we have never meet, just wanted to say, I am very truly sorry for your loss.. May our Mighty God Send Comfort and Healings to you and yours ...... way too young - Rest In Peace Joseph..

God's Loan

"I'll lend to you for a little time,
A child of mine," He said,
"For you to love the while he lives
And mourn for when he's dead.

"It may be six or seven years
Or twenty-two or three,
But will you till I call him back,
Take care of him for me?

"he'll bring his charms to gladden you
And should his stay be brief,
You'll have these precious memories
As solace for your grief.

"I cannot promise he will stay
Since all from earth return.
But there are lessons taught down there
I want this child to learn.

"I've looked this world over,
In my search for teachers true.
In the crowds that throng life's land,
I have selected you.

"Now will you give him all your love
Not think the labour vain,
Nor hate me when I come to call
To take him back again?"

It seems to me I heard them say,
"Dear Lord, thy will be done.
For all the joys a child shall bring,
The risk of grief we'll run.

"We'll shelter him with tenderness,
We'll love him while we may,
And for the happiness we've known
Forever grateful stay.

"And should the angels call for him
Much sooner than we've planned,
We'll brave the bitter grief that comes
And try to understand."

"Let the little children come to me and do not forbid them;
for such is the Kingdom of God." Mark 10:14

Dear Crista, Angel, and Family,

I am so very sorry for your loss. Our family was absolutely devastated to hear of Joe's passing. Life can be so unfair. I know there are no words I can say to ease your pain, but please know this - Joe was the definition of a true sweetheart. He was a sincere, kind, gentle and loving spirit who never had anything bad to say about anyone. One of a kind. Whether he knew it or not, he touched so many lives. Growing up, I will never forget all of the sleepovers at Angel's house. There was a comfort in knowing Joey was in the next room (playing SEGA, of course) and that he would be in periodically throughout the night to say 'hi' or to check in on us to make sure we weren't getting into too much trouble. Other times, I remember walking down the street in the old neighborhood and Joey would spot me from 2 blocks away. He would yell out my name, wave excitedly, and run over to me as fast as he could...just to say 'hello' and flash that big beautiful smile. These are just a few of the memories of Joey that I will hold in my heart forever and always. It was over 20 years ago now, but sometimes it feels just like yesterday. We can all learn from Joe...if there were more people as kind, helpful, and as good-natured as Joe, this world would undoubtedly be a better place. I pray you all find peace in the coming months. Hold onto each other tight and please know my heart is with you. Rest in peace little buddy. I will never forget you.

Dearest Joe,

I cannot express enough the shock and sadness in learning of your passing. We had just spoken on Wednesday prior and joking about your summer apparel in winter all of us laughing and you not a care in the world; you talking about work and Christmas telling me of your wonderful parents and how understanding they were; I remember my telling you not to worry, that 2018 was going to be not only a great year but, your year and you said I hope so. Us wishing each other a Merry Christmas and off you went. Never had I imagined that would be our last conversation filled with laughter. Joe you had an infectious smile and it was present no matter what. Rest in heavenly peace dearest Joe....

To the family of Joe
I have not the words but, I offer you my deepest condolences on the passing of your son Joe. He was such a gentle soul with a huge heart. It is my hope that the memories you have of Joe offers even the slightest of comfort to your hearts today and in the days to come. Joe will be greatly missed and I will always cherish the brief friendship he offered and his funniest self every time he came into the office... Heaven has gained another angel one that I'm sure will be plentiful in the heavens.....Gone too soon

In my thoughts and prayers you will all remain

We wish there was a word to ease the pain you are all going through. It doesn't seem possible, let alone real that this happened.Joey was like another one of our grandchildren - teasing each other, laughing together, discussing the Cavs and Buckeyes, and having some serious talks about life. Our hearts are heavy and another piece of it is broken because a beautiful innocent life was taken from us. May Our Lord receive him with open arms and give all of you the strength and faith to get through this difficult time. Fly high Joey and "Go Bucks"...O-H
