Melinda was a great teacher to several of my children at Kinsner Elementary, and was a friend/teacher to each of them. She made them feel welcomed and cared about during a time in their lives when children can be not friendly or caring towards others. She will be missed

So sad. Spent lot of time with Melinda and Daughter Megan plus son Kyle and Bruce and occasionally Anna. My younger daughter Kris was a teammate of Megan for Soccer and Fastpitch including Travel Teams. If not helping with the sports Melinda would preparing a packed lunch or snack or organising the evening time while traveling. Always
positive and fun. Raising great kids and obviously deeply in love with Bruce. Blessed with Kyle, he and I did a lot of fun things in between games, often with me following his lead. He didn't need to talk to communicate. He had me following him to adventures he made up as he went along. He also made my day when at a communion celebration he remembered me although it had been 5 years. I will pray for the family and offer support, especially with Kyle.
