Tim and I became friends at Ohio Northern School of Law. His wit, intelligence and sense of humor helped our study group through our first difficult year. I always enjoyed our emails and annual Christmas cards where we could catch up with our families. His passing is such a loss to Suzanne, Scott and to the rest of his family and colleagues. Rest in peace, my friend. You will be missed by all who knew you.

Tim was a wonderful part of our Owens Community College team. Always a smile and a story to share. It saddens me to know I won't see him on campus again. He will be greatly missed. I pray that his family is comforted by their memories of their lives with Tim. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

My heart goes out to Tims family . Tim was my brother in law for 2 decades and uncle to my daughters. Suzanne was like a sister. I could always count on Tim to guide us through life with wisdom and understanding. He certainly mastered
The art of communication. What may seem like a difficult concept was explained with ease. He lived life fully and will be missed. I love you and will always be here for Suzanne and Scott.

Tim and I were classmates at Baldwin Wallace. More importantly, we were fraternity brothers, having pledged together in our freshman year at BW. He was a unique individual with a sharp sense of humor. He never minced words when sharing his opinions, and he was a brother on whom you could depend. Like many college friends we fell out of touch. But as I've discovered in the past few years, those bonds of brotherhood may bend, but seldom break. I have been fortunate to have renewed my friendship with several of our brothers. How I wish I could have done so with Tim, but time was not on our side. Rest easy, Mouse. I know that you are at peace, and I pray that God will comfort those who mourn your passing.

As a PKT Fraternity brother, he made the house laugh with his personality and infectious spirit. My thoughts and prayers go out his family and to friends as we all mourn his passing.

52 in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53For the perishable must be clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come to pass: Death has been swallowed up in victory. Mr. Miesse was such a wonderful person. I remember when he was the Dean at Myers University. There is not a better person to work for and he made such a positive impact on a great number of lives of both teachers and students.
